Follow the Money - the Federal Stimulus Package and Community Energy Plans

There is a wonderful opportunity for our region to get money for the energy efficiency and renewables work that needs to be done here.  What are the scope, sources, and uses of the ARRA funds available from the state for energy improvements that we can apply at the community level?
