Finger Lakes Bioneers invites you to become a part of the pre-eminent 22 year-old, global environmental forum that focuses on practical solutions for people and the planet. By linking nationally renowned speakers with local sessions, topics and experts on the ground, Beaming Bioneers inspire a potent ‘global-local’ approach toward solving local and regional problems.

Citizens, policymakers, youth, community leaders, and business owners are coming together to do the exciting work of co-creating our shared future in the Finger Lakes Region.  Annual themes and events for We Make Our Future include green jobs and sustainable economy, global climate change, transit-oriented development, clean energy, food systems and earth stewardship, social justice, youth leadership, the arts, health and well being, live music and much more. 

If our region’s ability to sustain quality of life for all resides within us rather than outside us, we each have the power to do something. When the voices of caring human beings come together to express and exchange our deeper values and ideals, and share both innovative and simple solutions, we can shape our region’s future with meaningful interdependent connections. Our annual programming is part of a continuing conversation and solution exchange to help us get clear about the kind of life we want for ourselves and others in Finger Lakes communities, and to strengthen and celebrate our connections with one another.
